neon has slowly crept up for the rest of the fashion community... what the die hard electro 80s kids have been holding onto as die-hard lovers for season after season... the rest of you are now catching on... for a little d.i.y trial to see if this little brite light works for you... GO TO YOUR CLOSEST HOME DEPOT!!!! i bought every highlighter color i could get my little hands on... and cant wait to wear then as headbands, belts, and necklaces immediately if not sooner....
